I think that the fact that the TooManyMethods rule has a default limit of 10 methods is just stupid. (Note that that ExcessivePublicCount rule uses a limit of 45, which is not consistent.)

For extra refinement, I would suggest taking out all the db folders. We know upgrade functions are long and rambling, and that there is no harm in that. Similarly, the unit tests it complains about (I assume it it the testwalkthrough files it hates) are not really unit tests. I am not sure what you call them, but anyway, they serve a useful purpose, and yes it makes sense that they are one long method.</description>
